Integrating Numeracy into the All Day, Every Day experience for Primary Learners

How might we mathematize children’s experiences, all day every day? This session is structured around a community based math workshop approach, bringing to life the identities of all children as mathematicians. Together, we explore how math weaves throughout our day to day experiences in the classroom, including morning soft starts, literacy connections, and practical routines to facilitate thinking and oral language development which are inclusive for all mathematicians.
